Welcome to your Group Portal page. From this page you can submit your Group Roster list and Adult Sponsor form.
You are in charge of submitting the group roster forms (Child & Sponsor). There should only be 1 list per form per church.
To help us prepare for your arrival, please submit your group roster at least 7 days before your check-in date. Any registrations added after group rosters have submitted please contact the office.
Copy these links and email them to the parents or guardians of the kids coming to camp.

Copy and send these links to parents. Parents only need Registration + Medical.
A Medical form needs to be filled out ONLY if parents are bringing ANY kind of medication with their child.
List ALL ADULTS/STUDENTS attending. 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER including sponsors, chaperones, drivers and students
List ALL MINORS attending with your group. 17 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER
Fill out lodging assignments for your group and submit back to Trinity Pines.
